Line Drill

Place the red EZPuck in the first position with the arrow facing right. Place the remaining blue EZPucks in a straight line. Position them one to two feet apart. As you advance, place the EZPucks closer together.

Double 8 Drill

Set the EZPucks in a triangular shape. See the diagram for movement of the puck or ball. The pattern is like to overlapping eights. This is a great warm up drill before practice or a game.

Double Sweep Drill

Place the red arrow disc in the first position with the arrow facing to the right. The remaining five discs should be placed in a line directly behind the red disc with four of the remaining blue discs offset. The faster you become the farther apart the discs can be set.

Five of Diamonds Drill

Position blue EZPucks in a diamond shape. Place the red EZPuck in the center. Move the the puck or ball through the pattern as shown in the PDF diagram.

Toe Drag Drill

This drill is a variation of the Line Drill. The difference is the way you move the stick. Go through this drill using the toe of your stick to move the puck or ball through the EZPucks.
